SOURCE: I need to know how to mount a used Millett 15-4x32

If your rifle is taped for scope rings this is a easy thing to do, if you do not have any screw holes on top of the barrel you will have to have a smith drill and tap them out for you. If you try to do this yourself be sure you do not drill to deep. You will need a blind hole tap, most scope mounts are are 6 x 32 treads. You will need scope rings that will let the scope sit on top without letting the bell end touch the barrel, easy if you want sight thru bases. Go get er done! lets get ready to go. It is just in time for a good Thanksgiving Deer roast, than some chili for the week after. Send Pictures.

How to tighten loose front glass lens on pentax gameseeker rifle scope

You have to remove the front element carrier from the scope body and tighten the ring inside the carrier Now the funpart remove the thread protector then the gold ring making sure that the element carrier don't rotate while doing that Then count the rotations till you get the element out as that is important for the parralax free setup or you could just remove it and after repair reparrallax it your self YouTube has some vids on how to do that Threadloc the ring to hold lens tight inside the carrier reinstall carrier to maintube but you have to purge the tube of air and moisture to stop condensation inside the scope and fill with an innert gas Reparrallax scope if required and test zero

Scope adjustment

What type of scope are you using? Some scopes have a locking ring at the base of the turret. You may want to check for one of those.

How to disassemble my bushnell sportsman rifle scopes coz i wnt to clean it

On my Bushnell scope I have an adjustable angle ring that will bring in the view, it is held in place with 1 screw. remove it and pull down towards the windage and elevation adjustment screws. There are 3 tiny phillips screws, remove them. Then unscrew the end of the Eye Peice end peice with the lens in it. inside on the outer edge of the main tube there is a locking ring that keeps the eye peice from unscrewing off, remove it and unscrew the entire eye peice. you are now ready remove the inner tube. Be careful here this is where you can damage the cross hairs and lose the leaf spring that maintains pressure against the windage and elevation screws. When you reassemble after cleaning and with the elevation screw at 12 o'clock and windage screw at 3 o;colck, the leaf spring will be in the 7 or 8 O"clock position, it just sits in there up against a little ridge inside, with the bow facing to the center. Back off the elevation and windage screws all the way so they don't block the inner tube from going in all the way. Once it is in adjust it so the cross hairs are orented correctly and put it back together. If you want to refill with Nitrogen remove the front lense and take to someone that fills tires with Nitrogen and inject the nitrogen into the scope, Quickly reinstall the front lens as nitrogen is about 3% lighter than air and if you take too long it will all escape.
This worked well for me. Good Luck and Happy shooting

Whitch way do my lenses go?

If you completely disassembled the scope then it is compromised they have a special gas mixture inside for fogging and clarity so if they were removed you are likely better off with a new one out of reference what kind of scope is it
