Sounds like you may have turned on fixed dialing.

Can i use the motorola C168 in the phil?

hello there....well its quite unlock the phone to any network you need to call the customer care of your original network provider( AT&T) ....just keep the model number of your phone number handy (you will find that on the box in which you got the phone)...or the IMEI number (15 digits mostly) by dialing *#06# on your phone or beneath the battery or on the box near bar code....this is a paid service and charges differ from network to network

that should solve the will be able to use any sim in your phone of any service around the world

I can't reset my speed dials for my RAZR V3m!!

you dont really have to redo the numbers could just replace the speed dial you want with the speed dial number but if you still want that number just jot the current speed dial number down and then replace it with the one you want and do this for any other numbers you'd want to change..its simple really :)

Motorola v325i

if your dialling from your phonebook check to see if the numbers are entered correctly.
if it does this when you manualy dial the number on your phone then check your wifes phone for diversions.
maybe it is directly diverting to the home phone

Keypad doesn't seems to work - seems locked - gets incoming calls

under tools there is a record option. erase all things that have been recorded. the button on the top screen on the right hand side allows you to record phone calls. You have probably been hitting it on accident and recording calls and such. Let me know if this works.
