12 months is grossly excessive and I expect things haven't gone according to plan.

I suggest you contact the people you sent it to in writing and enclosing a copy of the receipt from the carrier and copies of any other relevant paperwork and send it snail mail recorded delivery. Back this up with an email.
Include as much detail as possible - the number of times you have been in touch, the people you spoke with, the names and times.

Tell them to return your modified vacuum by return and to provide you with suitable compensation for your inconvenience for the unnatural length of time you have been deprived.

i would recommend using a credit card that way it is easier to obtain a refund through your bank than it would be via paypal. Be very careful using paypal i have had them rip my off charging my credit card and i am not even a member!! At least it was very easy to get my money back and my bank suggested i get a direct debit credit card and have a zero balance only putting funds into that card when i want to make a purchase. Desputing funds through the bank is a simple and relatively quick process but paypal a gamble indeed. Hope i helped.

Assuming that your account never showed receipt of the payment (a deposit) after cancelling, the funds should automatically be returned to the sender. If the customer has not received the money yet, they should contact Paypal's customer service.

Spirit of America Car Wash has never sent tickets ordered on June 20.

I would call them back as soon as possible to address the situation quickly. especially since you spent money and you don't want to lose any money from not getting what you ordered.

We have a 2011 Chevy Cruze, with just over 50,000 miles. We have spent over $1,000 on ac repairs within a month, none of which the warranty covered. The AC keeps going in and out, and blowing warm a

Have you not asked about recalls at a dealer?

Not read your owners manual & warranty paper work?

That is the only place your going to find out

May be some info in a repair shop data base, once the
recalls are years old

You have to be at the shop,in the service bay & talk to
the folks that actually diagnose issues & resolve them

Your the one authorizing the repairs or should be

No work gets done-- until you go there-- to see for yourself
what is required, nothing gets done over the phone

Would seem your too trusting & not part of the process, to
educate yourself on vehicle repairs

No need to mention a car note, that is a personal problem
not related to resolving the vehicles issues

What is the percentage of money spent if 24500 was budgeted for 1 year and 1628 was spent in 7 months?

About 6.6%, assuming nothing else will be spent in the other five months. If the spending continues at the same pace, then about 11.4% will be spent. If 22872 will be spent in the final five months then 100% will be spent.

Hello,

Unfortunately, you don't have to many options. If they have not refunded your money to you as they said they would, I would recommend calling and when someone picks up immediately asking for a supervisor. Make sure to write down the names and id's of everyone you talk to. This helps you keep track of conversations and if need be, recall names.

You could also file a report with the better business bureau. I am not sure how much help they could provide though.

good luck and regards,

Roomba 550 was plugged & docked in for 3 wks without being used (on vacation) & now it won't work or charge. Unit is 3 months old.

The battery sounds like its dead.. Leaving it on a constant charge is actually bad for the battery. Sorry to tell you but you need to either get a new vacuum or take it back to the place you got it and have them take a look at it and perhaps replace the battery.

With the money you spent of that "vacuum" you could of bought a much better vacuum cleaner that would last you much longer.

Also, if it's only 3 months old I'm sure there's some kind of factory warranty in place for something like this. Give the manufacturer a call and see what's up.

Hope this helps you

Esp 3 printer

HP has a trade in program that will give you $50 off a printer that,I think, has to have a regular price, NOT the sale price, of $179. So if the regular price is at least 179 and it is on sale for 129 you can get the trade in.
Check on line by typing: HP printer trade in.
I had the same problem as you, Kodak has sent me 3 new printheads, new ink and even a rebuilt printer. They won't give me my money back. I have talked to over 8 different people at Kodak and they want to sent me another printer. They have big problems with their ink, I got only 4 4X6 color pictures and only 85 black print pages before the ink ran out!
