SOURCE: casio camera card error
It could be either a brand that is not supported or there could be something wrong with your card. Casio only recommends Sandisk, Toshiba and Panasonic memory cards. Try one of those brands and make sure you format it with your camera before trying to save pics to it.

might be the same problem with my Exilin S500...the shutter is the problem. I saw in the net in some shop fixing it for $60...it might be worth for you. here is a link http://camerarepair.blogspot.com/2009/05/simple-fix-for-stuck-shutter.html
