Question about Kodak Office Equipment & Supplies
Kodak i1420 scanner won't scan duplex mode. When I set my software to :"feeder" it scans just fine (one side) but when I set it to "duplex" the scanner just sits there and doesn't attempt to even feed the document.

SOURCE: Scanner problem
Try scanning a double sided document in duplex mode. Reverse the page and scan again. Make sure contrast/rightness settings are okay. If one side output is still not okay, then it possible that the lighting has failed. Either loose contact or failure of the lamp. Some scanners have LEDs and some have a lamp.
