Toggle disappeared for front or rear camera on Android cell phone ?
Enable toggle for Android cell phone with front and rear cameras.
settings,apps,gallery,storage,=CLEAR DATA
(when in camera app, the toggle ICON will appear) toggle enabled
In the default camera app the Switch Camera icon appears on the right (portrait) or top (landscape) of the screen. In my version of Android it looks like a camera over an arrow disc, but in older versions looks like an old style camera with a circular arrow where the lens would be. Tap it and your view should toggle between front and back

Its an hardare- software interface problem. U can't do much about it. Ask company for replacement.

try to update the firmware....android OS... but all at ur own risk

I don't know about your model, but usually when you activate the camera, in the menu that appears you have the possibility to switch between front and rear, and between photo and video
