Question about Canon MX300 Office All-In-One Printer
Very frustrating this is a good printer but this problem is an awful manufacturing fault if it is. Would really appreciate any help in a reset method which doesn't require a "factory restore" through the normal menu as I can't even get into the menu option.
If there is a fix smilar to the mp170 etc. would be helpful to find out
Wow ... I just had the same issue! Took me a little time, but I found the smallest tear of paper that was causing the message to appear over and over. Try looking inside each small gap in your printer and you may find the culprit causing the error. Good luck!
