The door won't latch, so it won't run. We looked at the rails and think they might be sticking out too far, but they won't go in any further. It only needs half an inch. It attempts, but doesn't latch. It's Thanksgiving....12 for dinner...

Good luck. Apparently it is a software problem with the dishwasher. I have a brand new Dacor dishwasher and it has the same problem. They have sent 2 service men to repair it and they were unable to do so. I am in the process of PLEADING with Dacor to take the faulty machine back. So far they are refusing. Clearly they do not stand behind their products or customers.

Don't know if this helps or not...might be obvious...if you open the door and look up where it latches...there is a philips screw you can loosen to adjust the latch forward or back.
