Question about Computers & Internet
I have great connetion speeds and do not have problems with any other sites. When I go to play a song through streaming it wont load. It says that the song is currently not available and to try again later. It times out after 60 seconds. Firewall is shut down. Running windows XP. hard drive is not even a quarter filled.
Whats the problem and how can i fix it?
Go to napsters FAQ and search "stream fix" click on the first link which is the stream fix utility. Run the program that comes up, and it refreshes the wmp stream. Then run napster again and it should be fixed.

I had the same problem. See the following microsoft web site for details on how to fix the problem. I had to use option 3 (delete the file); the other options didn't work for me.

A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
