SOURCE: Lexmark X73 print/paper problem
Same problem here. Went thru a few tests with Lexmark but didnt help. They next said it would be best to get new one since repair cost would be higher. Thru front door I do see a spring that moves freely. That must be broke. After their help they sent email for 20% off.
SOURCE: Fake paper jam
I am running Vista Ultimate SP1 x64 all updates and have been trying to sort out the fake paper jam on my Epson R300. I tried compressed air from my workshop compressor; believe me if anything was blocking the feed it wouldn't after I blasted it lol! anyway I also tried running some thick card through and still nothing, did some button pressing to get out of maintenance errors and all sorts of other things. I was about 5 mins away from reluctantly scrapping the printer when I happened across SSC Utility.
I downloaded SSC Utility, but there didn't seem to be much that would sort out the paper jam so out of curiosity I decided to click a few things and then test the printer.
The only thing I ended up Clicking was 'Reset Protection Counter' and that worked, it printed out fine.
so that was my solution, we'll see how long it lasts.

SOURCE: Samsung ML 2010 won't paper feed
Lift up the front of the machine a couple of inches. I put a small bo under it. The paper then feeds slightly downhill.
Worked for me.

feeding problems
not take apaper
not feed a paper
hey im tuval from israel,
first of all im sorry about my english :)
and now to the point.......
look, if you know where the feeding wheel its good (like elastic material over this wheel) , now take a"nail cleaner" (aceton)
and clean this wheel (the elastic thing), i did thet and the problem is gone!!!
after the cleanning send 15-20 empty doc to print (remember - empty, dont use you ink - you dont have to - save money), if all the paper is out from the printer,
you fix that.
i hope i help you.

Leading
cause of paper jams is debris/foreign objects that accidentally fell into the
paper feed area. Please follow steps below to fix the problem:
1. Remove
the sheets of paper from the feeder.
2. Grab a
flashlight and look inside the feeder for any debris or foreign objects.
3. If
you're willing and physically able, you may also turn the printer over. Any
debris should just freely roll out from the feeder.
4. If
feeder is clear, place the printer back on the table, open the printer cover
and remove the cartridges.
5. Check
the cartridge area for any obstructions/debris in the cartridge carrier's path
or the paper path.
6. If
cartridge area is clear, close the cover.
7. Rebrick
(pull out power supply, black box where the power cord is plugged in at the
back of the printer, and put it back after 30 seconds).
8. When the
printer turns on, reinsert the cartridges and load some paper. Try to print
again.
