SOURCE: what part do I need

You shouldn't have to do anything to the MIIIFS flooring stapler to shoot 2" staples. It is designed to shoot 1 1/2" to 2" staples right out of the box. If your stapler won't feed 2" staples, check the magazine all the way up to the power head for any foreign material that may hold up your staples.

How do I load the stapler?

No you don't. We answer most things here.

If the stapler is like any of these

You push the back in slightly to unlatch it and then drop it down a bit and the staple pusher comes out completely.

RTM. Read the manual. If you didn't keep it, you can Google for one with your make, model and manual in the search box and you should be able to get a .pdf file of the manual which you can save to your computer. You're probably using the wrong size staples.

Your compressor needs to be checked first. There is an air pressure regulator on most machines - be sure all is in working order. It might help to be sure you're playing any lubricants in the stapler configuration as well.

Have a Electric Stapler B8E E66760. Won't kick out to load staples

pretty simple. Take off the plastic cover, at the front where it staples will be a black metal piece on top of the stapling area. That is the front clip release. Release the staple tray like you would normally with the button and also Push the top black piece back to detach it from the staple tray. It should spring out then. Clean around it with alcohol and keep the cover off. Push it back in place, release it a few more times to make sure it works correctly now, then put the screws back in.
