Your condensation drain is clogged. Look on the outside of the unit there is several holes on the bottom that serve as a drain. You can take a wet vac/shop vac to vaccum the debris out to give the fluid a way to drain. Good Luck

That unit was not designed to be installed on an "interior" dividing wall between two rooms. Only on an exterior wall. There in lies the problem.

Either the unit is tilted toward the room or the drain holes outside at the bottom of the A/C are clogged.

Water leaking into room

Angle your unit so the back is lower than the front and the water will run out the drain hole on the bottom.

Leaks water into room

Try tilting the a/c to the back. In most cases the manfacture will seguest that the unit be tilted to the back slightely (no more that 20 degrees). That is what I would try. If that dont fix it let me know and we will try together and solve this problem. Good luck

Place a flat piece of sheet metal or aluminum under the unit that is LONGER and Wider than the unit.....the water will drip on it and run down it and away from the building.

Fujitsu wall mounted air conditioner leaks into the room

Make sure the unit is level, this is very important. Check for blocked drain tube, which runs from the bottom of the drain pan under the cold coil to the outside. Clear tube with a piece of coathanger wire, be gentle.
