I have a csr 3720 cash register with an e12 error code and e very time i unplug it and plug it back in it just beeps

I'm a little late, but for future reference, and anyone else with this problem, you have to change the journal paper feed. The one that updates with every purchase, and keeps a record of every single transaction. :) Hope this helps!
