I'm a little late, but for future reference, and anyone else with this problem, you have to change the journal paper feed. The one that updates with every purchase, and keeps a record of every single transaction. :) Hope this helps!

I have a NTS Systems 9000 electronic cash register. I think the cash register was out of use for quite a while. It displays an error code EE-99 on the screen. What can I do to resolve the problem?

  1. Unplug the cash register and wait a few minutes before plugging it back in. This can often clear any temporary issues that may have caused the error code.
  2. Check the register's manual for any specific instructions on how to clear the error code. The manual may also contain information on common causes of the error and how to troubleshoot them.
  3. Check the register's connections and ensure that all cables are securely plugged in.
  4. If the error persists, you may need to contact a technician for further assistance. They will be able to diagnose the issue and advise you on the best course of action to take.

How do i clear an error code on a casio cash register?

Not positive, but I think you have to unplug the unit for 5-10 seconds then plug it back in. Some require a certain key position and operation of certain buttons to clear the codes.

Casio CE-3700 cash register MAC instructions

Hi. I would advise both of you to try a flag clear first to see if you have any program left.

Turn key to program. Power off at wall.
Hold RECEIPT FEED, and turn power on at wall.
Wait 10 seconds, then let go of RECEIPT FEED.
When you see 'FFFFFFFFF' press SUBTOTAL.
Turn key back to REG and try it.

If you still need help, let me know.
