If it's a broadband modem (cable or dsl) reboot the modem. Also look for diagnostic lights on the modem, they will give an indication if the modem is working properly. If after rebooting the modem, you are still getting trouble lights, contact the isp provider and explain your modem is no longer working. Most isp's replace faulty modems at no charge.
