Several things come to mind, that may be contributing to the problem.
1. Corroded contacts in the battery holder. Remove the battery and inspect for corrosion. Use a
Q-Tip & WD40 to clean the contacts.
2. A loose or corroded connection of the ground wire from the ignition module to the grill's frame.
Trace and inspect the ground wire.
3. Loose or damaged wires to each burner's spark igniter. Remove the grill grates and the flame
tamers to inspect each spark igniter.
If none of the above solves the problem, replacing the ignition module is the next step. You can purchase one from Ducane
