Question about Makita 18V LXT Lithium - Ion Cordless Impact Driver Kit Model BTD140
Light just goes off after 5 to 10 seconds after turned on. The battery is fine.
Thanks for any help
Replace charger/ burn or busted

The problem is that the battery is almost completely discharged. Makita's lithium-ion batteries have a built-in safety circuitry that shuts off the light when the voltage reaches a low cutoff level. So try replacing with a fully charged battery and see if it resolves the problem.
