i found that pushing down on the left of the screen (bottom if its opened) will stop it from doing that for the most part, my phone does it too, probably a loose internal connection, or at least it was, untill it stopped turning on completley...
you need to take it your cell phone provider. There they will do something called a "flash" they will reinstall your OS and your phone should work. You may lose all of your information but that is the only way
