Dears,
I am facing a big problem with(HP Pavilion dv6000 Entertainment PC) when I am trying to connect to the network, and that because the MAC address is appearing like zeros in the setup,so the server can not recognize it and there is no way to enter it manualy to the bios
Please update your question with your operating system and version. You can change your mac address via a software app in the OS or the registry in windows. However, if your MAC is reading as all 0's and you have not played with any MAC spoofing software to change the address there is a good chance that your network card has failed.

Dear Brannfenix,
thanks for your reply.I have windows Vista business SP1.I can insert the MAC address through the windows, but the problem is I am working in a computer lab and I have to install image(OS and programs)by downloading it for WDS server.I have 10 computers which suffer from this problem,so I have to format and installing them manually because the server can not see them because MAC address is appearing like zeros .
thanks
