Try running the hot water into the sink immediately before you turn on your dishwasher. That will get hot water from your heater to dishwasher faster & help with the sanitizing cycle heat

SOURCE: hobart dishwasher lx 30 h

Did the clean light indicator blinking over n over? check the element wire harness connector. If disconnected fix it and run your dishwasher again.

Also you may check the continuity of your heating element.

SOURCE: Hobart WM-ID dishwasher doesn't heat water enough to clean dishes

The WM-1D does not have any internal heating devices. You have to supply the machine with the proper water temp. It has two fill valves, one for wash and one for rinse. It should have 150F supplied to the wash fill valve and 180F to the rinse fill valve.

I have a LXiC Hobart dishmachine I do not want to use Sanitizer because my hot water is very hot. How do you disable the sanitizer pump and alarm? H.

Do you realize that to sanitize with hot water alone requires 180 degree F water? I am a hobart technician and I've never seen any business or residence with hot water anywhere near that. Residential hot water is generally approx. 120, Commercial locations generally use approx. 140, but never near 180 (tap water that hot would be a severe safety problem). Hobart LXIH machines use a built in booster heater to boost the temperature of the incoming hot water up to the required 180 deg.

Why sanitize button?

no, no home d/w will ever sanitize dishes, to sannitize dishes the rinse water has to be @180 degrees or above , only 1 d/w had that capability which was the old kitchenaidmod. which hobart produced for them

My dishwasher is not filling up water to start the washing cycle when the door is closed

Asuming you have an AM15, Check you have power to the fill valve during fill cycle. Make sure your drain is closed to retain the fill water. You should have 20 psi flow rate.

Hobart LX30H washing to hot.

what temp is it washing at. washing should not be the problem. This machine is designed to rinse at 180 degrees + to sanitize dishes. The machine could be converted to a chemical sanitize, it would use bleach in the rinse water instead of 180 degree water to sanitize.
