The DNS should be informed by your internet service, but most times the system recognises the DNS by looking for it on the router .
it's happening to you because the IP is got from the router (and it'll be always correct), but the DNS ,that allows you to connect to your internet service must not be correct .
try using the default automatic settings when asked, the ps3 system will try to find the DNS and everything else necessary for your internet connection .
