I have experienced this myself. You will probably find that when other items are on that circuit it is overloading the throw out. The best way to overcome this is to call the electrician and have him divide that part of the circuit into two. this means that another throw out circuit is added to take off some of the load. Cost was $100 but it is worth it as the numbr of steps back and forth to the fuse box gets tiring!

We have a bosch dishwasher model shx43c and water is dripping on the floor from the area of the supply line, taking the supply line fitting out and re taping it and re tightening it has not helped, could...

If the supply line is leaking it could be a 3/8 supply line maybe the rubber washer built in the line is shot try replacing the supply line.they are about 15.00 at home depot.do not over tighten the new line you could damage it.some times people cross the thread types on these connection you have pipe thread and compression threads that is the best way to explain it I know of.Just make sure you pay attention to the threads.

Water comes into dishwasher cold. why???

Hello,

Welcome to FixYa.

Have you insured the unit is connected to a hot water supply line ? The water will not heat until it start's to circulate and activates the "flow switch" in the Bosch dishwashers.

If it is connected to a hot water supply, try running the hot water at your sink taps before turning on the dishwasher. If you still do not have hot water, check your hot water heater or supply.

If it is indeed connected to a cold water supply it will work, just be prepared for very long wash cycles since the Bosch machines will heat the water at a rate of 2F per minute...it could take a long time to reach 155F.

Let me know what you find out and I'll try to assist you in any manner I can going forward.

Regards,

Macmarkus :)

My Bosch Dishwasher doesn't run

double check power to your plug socket ( use bedside lamp)
check fuse in plug
check water supply ( run the water supply directly into pot/bucket)
make sure door closes properly (if built in )
if built in remove and then check!

Bosch dishwasher

hi there first i would confirm you don't have power supply issue, replace the fuse and try different power outlet failing that it is quite common for bosch on/off switchs to burn out.

hope this is of some help
