Hi there is the phone new? If it is the best bet is to go to the store where you bought it and they willone of two things: put the button right og give you a new phone.
This happened to a friend in Copenhagen some weeks ago, he got a new phone from the shop.
I would try that otherwise there is always www.nokia.net
Try hard formatting your phone. Turn it off. Then hold the following keys
WHILE it's turning back on: (3 + * + green call key). Don't let go till
it asks you about your location. Be aware that it will delete
everything saved in your phone memory. If not it could be that your key membrane is sticky. You could have it opened and cleaned by a professional Try the first solution first. Let me know how it goes. :)
Try removing the battery from the phone overnight (remove also the memory card if you are using one) and then on the following day put the battery back in (don't put the memory card back in - if using one) in and try to turn it on. If this doesn't help then the phone requires a flashing of the firmware (from your mobile operator). Good luck!
Let me ask. Did you drop the phone by chance? If you did, you might have broken the sim card holder. Take out your sim and start up the phone. If the phone loads up fine, it is just as I said, the sim holder. If not, I have no idea.
