if this is a BIOS password you will have to open the case and reset the cmos battery:
Squeeze the buttons on the side (near the rear of the case) and lift it open. This case opens sorta like a backwards laptop.
On the main board in the bottom is a disc shaped battery, you might have to look under things as it is directly on the board.
Remove this battery for about 30 seconds and put it back in its holder. This will reset ANY password set in the BIOS to the default which is "no password" ..restart and compute!
I f this is a windows password missing , then log in as a guest user and compute.

I had the same issue with the same phone. By pure luck, I tried the last 4 digits of the phone number last used on the phone and it worked!
