Question about Canon LaserClass 2060P Plain Paper Fax
How to reset your unit. Please be advised that all of your settings will be erased. Htis includes any preset phone numbers and the machine name and phone number. Once you've done this the unit is back to factory settings.
By pressing data registration followed by the # sign the display should read SSSW#1. Press the up arrow until you see "Clear". Press Set.
Press the up arrow again until it reads. Clear all( or just All). Press set. Shut the unit off ( by pulling the plug and then start it up again and run a test.
Once again pleae be advised " This is a a technician procedure and you a fully responsible for your actions."

Sometimes turning it off and on again fixes it. However, we started having a problem where it would print out one page after you powered it back on again and then give the "incorrect paper size" message. I've found that by either holding down the green button or repeatedly pressing it while it powers back on (and held until the first page prints) fixes the problem.
