Browse to Control Panel > Administrative tools > Computer management > Services and Applications > Services
Locate the following services:

4. Remote Access Auto Connection Manager Right click and select Properties. On the General tab, next to Start Up type, select Automatic followed by OK.
Try re-installing the new software and see if that solves the problem. Sometimes firmware updates aren't complete fully and may cause some glitches to your phone. After doing so, you should see if you can connect to your internet on your phone.
If not, go to your settings and check out the network/browsing and your carrier network. It should be able to let you reset it. Start up your phone again and see if that helps. If all else fails, do a hard reset and uninstall the theme that you downloaded because that might be the problem.
there's no problem with your broadband.. try to connect again to your wireless connection.. then if its already connected, go to menu > browser > settings > browser profiles then choose the name of your connection.. after choosing it, restart your mobile then try to browse on the net.. It usually happens to my phone mostly when i try to change connection (browser profiles) or when you get away for a long hours from your wifi range.. hope this may help..
Which operating system r u using?If its Vista, then d/l new Nokia PC suite which compatible to Vista.
Check settings option, if correct operator is selected.
Also, u r using a laptop, u can try connecting it in different USB ports.
