Question about Apple iPod touch Second Gen (8 GB, MB528LL/A) Digital Media Player
I just bought a 2nd generation ipod touch and just tried putting it on my ihome. A thing comes up saying that it doesn't support the device. Is there any way so i don't have to buy a new ihome?
Cannot we connect and play the music through another jack behind the dock speaker.

I'm sorry but no. the ihome is only for the 1st generation, so if you want to use it with your new ipod, you need to buy another one that supports second generation. this is a bummer, but its how they make their money.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
