Hello Sir/Maam, chances are that your drive is infected with a virus. Check and run a good AntiVirus program. If you can format the Drive, so be it. just back up your drive first. if not possible, bring the drive to your dealer, and ask if they can fixed it, if not, if its under warrantee, demand for a reeplacement. hope this may help. thanks
