I am trying to get on my husband vitality account but when I put in his user name it comes up that I have to accept the terms and conditiond but the page it sends me to is my account

first I suggest you edit you post to delete your user names. These
should not be posted (for your own privacy). You need to log out your husband or any other user.
On the blue header bar of the Facebook page there are a series of icons to the right of "home" ...
Go to the icon on the end that looks like a down arrow.
Click it to reveal a drop-down menu with the "logout" option about 3/4 of the way down the list. Click "logout" and you'll log out the active user (your husband) and you will be taken to a fresh login screen page. Enter your User and Password info to log back into your account.

Goto user accounts and create a new user with your friends user name and password and grant the friends account to be as Administrator (this is important!!!) , then you logging out from your account and logging in at your friends account. If everthing works as it should be, you can go into accounts and erase your old account. (MAKE sure you have backed up ALL your vital data such as Photos, Music, Videos and Documents)

Does it give an actual account name or does it just say New User? If a name and you know them ask them them not to do it, if it says new user that is just where you enter a new user not that there is a new user. If a name you don't know then contact Chrome support as is security issue.

Easiest way is to add yourself as a user to the computer (Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Create a new account), then your software settings are retained in their own location on the computer as long as you select to log on as you and not your husband.

It is because of the saved username and password. Just click on logout and then log in to yours. if this does not work . Try using another browser.

For Blue Yonder, Virgin, NTL you must only put the mailbox name in for the username.
Also, for the outgoing server do not use the blue yonder value unless you are at home. The outgoing server has to match the broadband supplier, unless you have your own website set up for email and most providers will accept this
