PRODUCT KEY FOR MS-OFFICE 2003

If I understand your problem...
You do not have the product key?
Or, are you having problems installing the product key?
If you have a bootleg copy of the software there is nothing that can be done for you.
You must not have the program installed on other computers.
You must purchase an original Microsoft CD.

-- If you do have a legal version...
First check and see if your "Caps Lock" is on?
Be absolutely sure that you are entering the registration code EXACTLY as printed, Use CAPITAL LETTERS as printed, and lower case letters as required.
If it still won't work....
Call Microsoft and explain the situation, have a magnifying glass handy to read the tiny engraved lettering in the center of the CD disk.
If you have some kind of sales receipt, or other "Proof of Purchase" have it handy too.
They can create a new product key for you.
This method will only work if you have a legal copy of the program.
