Here are som links that will be helpful. I believe ice is blocking the defros condensate dran behind the freezer back wall of the freezer compartment.
Here are some helpful links.
http://appliancejunk.com/forums/index.php?topic=22.0 and http://fixitnow.com/wp/2009/05/26/the-permanent-cure-for-repeatedly-freezing-condensate-drains-in-whirlpool-roper-kitchenaid-top-mount-refrigerators/ Pour a warm solution down the drain with Clorox and I think that will help too. Hope this helps. Thanks, Sea Breeze

The defrost circuit has failed in your fridge. Typical failure is with the defrost heating element. To troubleshoot, you need to remove the remove the contents of your freezer section and remove the freezer back panel to access the evaporator coil. You will need a hair dryer to melt the ice on coil. The heating element is attached to the coil. Use a meter to confirm that the element is bad. Hope this helps you.
