How can I get rid of call for service on my Toshiba e studio 35 photocopier. There is no error code and all functions are locked

It is abnormal temperature in the fuser*, thermistor error.

Maybe replacing fuser would help. But better contact service person.

*fuser, the part of a laser printer that melts the toner onto the medium. It consists of a hot roller and a back-up roller.

What error code are you getting? You may just want to get the Intravia's service guide book number 10. If you work on main different makes and models..

 C41 refers to Poor contact of the fuser drawer connector.
 Fix it!!!!
