Do you mean the Panasonic ES-RT51-S razor? The manual for this razor is on the product page: http://shop.panasonic.com/personal-care/mens-shavers-and-grooming/mens-shavers/ES-RT51-S.html . Scroll down to the Owner's Manual in the Support section. The direct link to the manual is ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/shaver/om/es-rt31_en_om.pdf .

I hope this helps.

How do i change the battery in panasonic es-rt51 electric shaver

Panasonic ES-RT51 battery problems?
If your razor battery runs down after only a few shaves e.g jumps from 60% to zero Let the razor completely discharge by leaving it switched on until the blades stop moving completely. (This can take over 24 hours so be patient) When they are stop moving recharge the battery and you will find the battery will charge and discharge just like new!
(This may take a couple of discharge cycles). Only charge the battery when it is flat after this and the problem SHOULD not reoccur.

I have a new ES-LA93 razor which I love but I have one question. After shaving I press the [SELECT] button to choose Clean/Dry/Charge. The process finishes and all seems fine but the CLEAN and DRY course...

If you clean the razor every day, the CLEAN and DRY lights flash repeatedly to show you that the cleaning has completed. You should be able to confirm that this is correct by NOT cleaning it one day. You should see that those lights don't flash then. I know this because I clean the razor twice a week rather than every day. On the days that I clean it, the lights flash. On the days that I don't clean it, the lights don't flash.
