I have inverter split Samsung AQV09ABAN. The 3 lamps blink, what is problem? I speak about outdoor unit.

A P6 may be caused by wiring mistake, faulty IPM board, faulty outdoor fan, assembly compressor malfunction, and faulty outdoor PCB.
How To Fix or Clear an P6 Mini Split Error Code
Power off the unit and turn off the breaker or disconnect.
Wait 2-3 minutes and power the unit back on.

That means that the indoor unit is not communicating with the outdoor unit. Check all the cables between the two units, look for broken wires, corrosion and loose fittings

The blinking is an indicator that it needs service. Call a technician! Ask if they are experienced in mini split systems. You can check the air filters. Check the outdoor coil to see if its clean or covered up with dirt. And at the breaker or disconnect, turn off power, wait 5 mins, and turn it back on. Then give it 3-5 mins to see if it will reset itself. If this don't work, call a tech/service provider! These units are troublesome to troubleshoot.

Looks like you said it, the outdoor unit is not working. Check for power to the outdoor unit or try cutting power to it, then after a minute restore power in attempt to reset it.

1. Indoor unit
(AH-X18MEV, AH-X18MEV-1, AH-X24MEV, AH-X24MEV-1)
To display the self-diagnosis, hold down the AUX button for over 5 seconds on the indoor unit when the indoor unit is not operating.
• The operation lamp (red), timer lamp (orange) and Super jet lamp lighter) flash to indicate the information of malfunction.
