The settings should be in the manual . Rule of thumb for torque is 45 ft lb on the big ends and 65 for the mains. Sorry, don't know the metric specs, but you can check on the internet for a conversion table, just google "conversion table" and you will find the answers. You need to convert between ft lb and Kg Meter - or something!!

SOURCE: hi there wanting to know is you could help me? in looking for the torque settings on a 2007 opel corsa lite 1.4 big end bearings, main bearings, cylinder head, fly wheel, water pump, oil pump. thanks

if you are rebuilding the engine without the workshop manual before you, you will be missing important information including all that you ask for
manuals are available from most auto parts shops or technical publication shops
you are well advised to get a manual

SOURCE: my opel corsa utility 1.4 bakkie isnot starting. sounds like a flat battery but when I check my battery I get 12 volts

Test the battery for load not volts. Use a load tester. If it falls below 9volts under load replace battery. If the battery is older than 3 years old replace it. A bad battery will damage the alternator (full field condition).
