How do I turn on my headphones?

Those are Bluetooth headphones. You have to pair and connect them to a Bluetooth-enabled device, such as a cellphone or tablet, as per the instruction manual that came with the headphones (where you will also find out about the buttons on the headphones, including the power button). And don't forget to charge them before using them.

How do you reset bluebuds x ?

Go into the Bluetooth settings of your device and remove the headphones (forget them)

Power on headphones; press vol + & vol - to enter pairing mode (alternating red-green lights flashing); press and hold vol + & vol - for 8 - 10 seconds until the light flashed orange; the headphones are now reset to factory defaults; pair the headphones to your device.

I have to do this every time I install an IOS update on my iPhone.

My headset will not get out of pairing mode. The blue light stays on. The only other color I see is red when I shut it off.

Make your phone (I'm assuming) forget the S-9 and search for Bluetooth devices again. It will find it again, but it won't be paired. Press whatever button on your phone that makes it connect and it should work. I've been searching for answers and racking my brain. Finally, I just tried this and it worked! What a relief...

There is interference in the headphones when i increase the volume.

Sometimes when we buy headphones we forget for what type of equipment will be use. That sound like one of the earspeaker may be giving up. consider another pair but keep in mind for what type of equipment will be use and the amount of decibel or sound they can handle..josetapia162_2.jpg

By default all bluetooth devices come with a 0000 passskey must earpieces won't allow you to change it unless is a very high tech device.

I do medical transcription. I plug my headphones

To begin with, if there is sound, your audio hub is working fine.
Seems to me that your headphones have a borken cable inside the cord...and that is causing the sound to "bounce" from one ear to the other.
Solution....
Get a new set of headsets.

Not enough volume forget about using it in the car---impossible. Can anything be done to improve

I assume you're listening without headphones since I think those would be loud enough. If you don't want to use headphones, purchase a speaker case to connect to the player. It will amplify the sound. We also use it to listen to shows on the computer. This is the one we have http://www.amazon.com/CD-Case-with-Built-in-Speakers/dp/B0009824MK/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1256616442&sr=8-2

Headphones w/ built-in microphone. Can both work with one jack?

the simple answer is No. The long answer is your laptop/computers headphone output and mic input are completely separate on the sound card. Meaning there are no tie to the audio in on the heaphone lines, and vise versa on the mic/line in. Sorry to disappoint.
