I JUST GOT A PLAN WITH METRO PCS..I ORDERED THE KYOCERA SWITCHBACK ON EBAY..IT FUNCTIONS PROPERYL AS FAR AS I CAN TELL BUT I HAVE NO PHONESERVICE..THEY TRIOED TO PROGRAM THE PHONE AND EVERYTHING..PLEASE HELP?
