Green led light on for 3 seconds then off, will not power up

Would like to get pictures and directions of DM board with bad capacitors. Heard a lot about bad caps. Also had bad fuses F9A05 & F9A04 replaced along with coveregence IC-STK392-570 replaced.Tried diagnostic code and got diagnostic code 12. But still gettimg green light on for about 3-4 seconds then off again, will not power up.I checked on in which I think are the caps, one looks swollen but will replace all, need to know if I'm looking at the right thing.
