There is an anti-siphon valve in the down tube and there is also possible a worn diaphragm in the fill valve.

Adjust the pressure on the diaphram or lower the ball to close the valve tighter

I have a Sloan m101526 toilet tank and it's constantly making a running /hissing noise. At first it was just a drip noise then more then like a flowing noise.

Lift the top of and look. It will either be the flapper in the bottom is being held up by the chain or something, or the inlet valve is faulty. Flappers do wear out and warp. If you get 4 or 5 years you are lucky.

After typing this, you have a Flushmate in it. I would call a plumber!

Flushmate 503 sprays water out of top of tank, apparently coming for under the flushmate system. The valve doesn't seem to leak. Iahve pressure tested it.

Turn off the water supply at the wall, flush the toilet to relieve the pressure inside the Flushmate, and call Flushmate Consumer Services at 800-533-3460 M-F, 8:00 - 4:30 ET.

They'll need to know the serial number and approximate date of installation of the Flushmate.

You could alos fill out a confidential "contact" form on the contact page of the Web site,

If yu need to use the toilet in the meantime, you can "bucket flush" it by pouring 2 to 3 gallons of water into the bowl. This will generate a standard siphonic flush and won't give you the pressureized extractiopn but it will keep the toilet usable until a Flushmate support tech can diagnose the issue and provide a resolution.

Good luck!

I have a Sloan Flushmate mod M-101526-F3. It seems to be laking the pressure to flush away the waste completely. Is there an adjustment that I can make?

The only adjustment you can make is to crank your water pressure up...
But that probably will not solve your problem...
The best thing to do is to call the 800 number on the top of the tank and get technical assistance from them directly... they also will send you free parts if you need parts...

Sloan Flushmate M-101526-F3-Constant Filling

There is a lifetime warranty on the tank and a ten year warranty on parts. Call flushmate and ask. they will not tell you otherwise.

If you use any chemicals in the tank it will void the warranty.

Flushmate 503 - loud squeaky scary noises

Have you tried the "800" number on the tank label or visited the Flushmate Web site?

Could be related to the plumbing or the Flushmate. Technical support should be able to help you pinpoint the cause and, if it's Flushmate-related and under warranty, provide a resolution.

Good luck!

My sloan flushmate toil I think is backiing up. When I take the lid off and flush the toilet water shoots out the front side of the flushmate. What could the problem be or is it broken.

You may have a leak in the discharge extension, lower supply, or drain valve. I suggest you call Flushmate's tech support line (on the Flushmate label) and see if they can help you out.

Good luck
