Problem for PC Laptops

Hi, my notebook is a Acer Aspire 4710-4824 (Centrino Duo T2350, 1.86 GHz, 533 MHz FSB, 2MB L2 cache, 1GB DDR2, 14.1" WXGA Acer CrystalBrite LCD, Up to 252 MB Mobile Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 950, 120 GB HDD, DVD-Super Multi DL, 802.11 a/b/g WLAN) and there is a webcam (Acer Crystal Eye Webcam). Sometimes when I turn on it, the computer shows me a message, webcam not found. At the store, the said me that all drivers are in Acer Empowering Tecnology. I've trayed reinstall the drive, but this way doesn't work and I didn't found the driver at www.acer.com. What can I do??? Help me please....

u can download the webcamdriver from this link..plz install adobe flash player for this webpage to open.

select notebooks option under product line
under product select acer aspire 4710
under download select the webcam drivers

there r many webcam driver available like

bison crystal eye webcam driver ...
chicony crystal eye webcam driver ...
suyin crystal eye webcam driver ...

please select the appropriate one and install
