SOURCE: Dishwasher not heating up
I found that resoldering the main PCB cured a dry joint and all is hot again
SOURCE: dishwasher-zanussi/electrolux goes through full cycle
Check to see if the water valve is opening. The valve connects the external hoses to internal ones. The hot water valve may eitherbe bad or not getting any power to it which you could test with a voltmeter if you wanted to. Make sure both valves on your house water lines are fully open. You can remove the rear panel of the machine to access the valves.
SOURCE: what does e20 mean on
The error e20 indicates towards pump. The pump needs to be checked.
The pump is blocked or broken.e20 is a not draining error code, check filter at bottom.could be faulty pump or something jammed in the impeller.
--------------------------
You have a blockage in
the drain hose I would suspect. Keep putting it on drain till you get the water out or
simply lower the drain hose into a wash basin. Once it's empty, put a
couple of towels down, unplug the machine and lay it carefully onto it's left
side. Left side viewed from the front. (turn off the water first and disconnect
the fill hose if necessary). You can now take the drain hose off of the pump and take
it out of the appliance to check for a blockage. If no blockage, you'll need to take the pump out and check
that too. Check the hose first. Also check for any small cloth getting blocked in the machine inside. To remove the pump,It's clipped into the base.Look at the underside of the base.Squeeze the clips together and push them into the base a little. You can then slide the pump out of the filter housing.Watch for the O ring as this has to go back on to seal the pump. The pump slides in and out. You'll only need to unplug the wiring. If hose or pump checked out faulty then it has to be replaced,if filter is clogged clean it. ---------------Thanks.
