I need some instructions or at best a copy of the manual to fit and operate the above dishwasher which I have bought 2nd hand for our church kitchen

GuruI think you may have the wrong model number of the dishwasher.I work for hobart but i dont recall a dishwasher with the model number you givin me.Look on the data plate again some examples of hobart dishwashers are--sr24---am14---c44---c44a---lx18--lx30--lx40---lxi---uw50--sm6t2.Once you find the model goto this site and you will find a manual.any other questions let me know.http://www.hobartcorp.com/default.aspx
