The TV went black but we still have sound. It feels hot, so we turned if off and let it cool, but that did not seem to help. We checked power supply which is all set. It's just the picture that is out. How do I fix it?

Hi
Do you have the tools and equipment necessary to do an electronic repair? These are highly sophisticated devices - not user repairable. If you have the equipment and source for parts then begin with the set's internal power supply and troubleshoot as required. If you do not have the equipment or training do not get into that set. Even the static from your hand touching a circuit board could destroy expensive parts. Call Dell and they'll recommend a local service center.
