I have Windows XP SP3. I had a software called WindowBlinds. And after I had uninstalled WindowBlinds, some 25 50MB files were left, and everytime when I try to delete them, I get the message: "Cannot delete. Cannot read from the source file or disk." I already tried a registry cleaner, and it didn't work. I had even tried RegistryBooster, and I have to pay for it. Is there any free registry cleaner that can completely remove those files? Thank you.

My computer only boots successfully after a forced shutdown.

Is it possible that you have installed winxp twice? You say that you installed XP Pro sp3 was that an upgrade from xp home? if so then you will need to uninstall one or both versions of XP then install only one.. Make sure you backup any important files first though
