SOURCE: Bosch Classixx 1400 Express - Drum not rotating.

Sounds like teh belt has either broken and come of of drum, or is simply lose. take the back off mchine; if broken buy a new one; if lose loosen motor bolts, press teh motor down until belt is taught and retighten. Check first to see if their is soap on the belt/pully/drum/motor carrying the belt as this could be causing it to slip

I have a maytag LSE7806AEE that stopped after filling the washing machine with water. I have tried everything to get it started but it will not respond.

since you can get water going, power is ok. Once water is filled, it should start automatically. Sine the drum is not moving to wash the load, it is down to drum mechanism. BTW if you manually move the knob to spin what happens?

Dryer drum won't rotate

if there is no air coming out of your vent on back of dryer then it would be likely your motor has gone out.

Bad squeak, could not get to stop. . oiled the belt(

If you oiled the belt, it may be slipping and can no longer grab the drum to make it rotate. It should be replaced. Also check the belt tensioner and other rollers as well as the main drive motor. The drive belt pulleys, drum, and other supports should be de-greased before you replace the belt so they don't accidentally get contaminated from any residual oil.

Thumping sound

Most likely the rear drum support has worn and dropped down.
Remove the drum and replace the rear ball and cup drum support.

My hand brake does work when I pull it up even when I ajust it

slacken cable right off ,then remove the rear brake drums and using a small angle grinder clean the lip that forms on the drum as this will stop you from adjusting the brakes right up when you push the drum back check condition of wheel cylinders and ensure their is no leaks and cylinders move when pushed in and not seized.then using a conventional oil can and not that silly spray junk lubricate the pivots and anything that looks like it should move. Then adjust the automatic adjuster till the brake shoes are just touching the drum when you offer it back up and spin it.Next adjust handbrake cable till you have 3 clicks on it .job done

Drum wont move

you should take off the bottom panel on the front of the dryer. there is usually 2 screws on the bottom. from there, you will be able to see if the belt is on and if you move the drum with your hand as you look inside, you will see if the belt is moving like it should

Top loading washer whirlpool

When we move the drum, even with our hand, about 1/2 way through, there is a loud clicking, popping type noise? Sounds like a train is coming through the house before it stops the cycle?
