Wii wont turn on at all. checked all cords. everything is plugged in.

Follow these steps.
  1. Make sure you have power.
  2. If that doesn't work, plug your Wii into another plug.
  3. Smell it. If you smell something bad(you should know that smell. It ain't that pretty, eh?)
If YOUR WII smells bad or won't work CALL NINTENDO.

OR

Did you have any power issues recently in your area?If so, there might be a problem with the surge protector in your AC adapter.Unplug it from the Wii and the wall. Also, seperate both halves of it. Let it sit for 30 minutes to an hour. Plug it back in, making sure all connections are correct and strong (plugged in all the way). Then, try to turn your Wii on. If that doesn't fix your problem, try again on a different outlet. If you cannot solve this issue, contact Nintendo for more help from an NOA representitive. Try calling nintendo's support hotline, toll free:
1-800-255-3700

Or using their online support:
http://www.nintendo.com/consumer/

Online support may not have the answer to what you need, in which case it will lead you to a webform E-Mail service to get personal help.

No power for the wii

Does the outlet you have your console plugged into receiving power? You could check this by plugging in a lamp or something to check for power. If it is getting power, it could be your power cord. If a power cord for the Wii is rolled up too tightly, too many times, the wires inside the cord will come loose and come apart. That may be what happened. Before sending it in or getting a new Wii, you should try borrowing someone's Wii power cord to see if it just the power cord. If it still does not work, you can try calling the Nintendo Help & Support. You can find the number by going to www.nintendo.com and clicking on the Help (or Support) link and finding a phone number.
