Drill tipped over on bench and ran battery completely dead. Put battery in charger and it does not even light up. Not charging?

I would suggest getting your battery tested at one of our Factory Service Centers. Please click the link provided and search using your zip/postal code or city and state. DEWALT com

Dewalt impact drill will only beep, lights go on, just took this drill out of the box today.

Did the light on the charger indicate that it was charging? (Most also have a "replace battery" or similar light.)

If so, and the drill keeps beeping...since it's new don't bother monkeying with it. Just take it back to the store and have them replace it. Dealing with a warranty repair will leave you without a tool for some length of time.

My brand new impact driver motor sparks. Is this normal?

A certain amount of sparking is NORMAL, especially while the brushes wear in and seat. Keep your warranty handy though !

Chuck has no power dc925 hammer drill

No return it to a Dewalt service center for their Max Repair Rate. They will fix anything including batterys for a set amount, if it is less then you pay less. If not give me the exact model number and I will look into it.
