If you know how much wrong the clock was set, ie.
The clock was 1999-01-01 14:37 but it should have been 2017-05-22 19:00, there are softwares that could correct this error for a directory of files.

just search for exif time offset correct software (exif is the files hidden information about the photo)

Installed new cf card in camera. message on camera

The card may be too high a capacity for the camera to understand, or it may need formatting. The camera will have a function for formatting the card. Some cameras claim that you need to use their own format rather than format in a computer in order for the camera to work properly with the card.

Time and date not coming in the print

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=C410907&sliceId=1&docTypeID=DT_KNOWLEDGEARTICLES_1_1&dialogID=147252374&stateId=1 0 147256393

time and date are not superimposed on 2006 cameras and later. However it can be printed:

Solution
sp.gif sp.gif Current camera models (after 2006) do not have a superimpose function to display the time or date stamp on pictures. However, the time and date can be printed on images from a computer using Picture Motion Browser software. Additionally, if the camera is compatible with Canon® PictBridge™ technology, the time or date can be added to a picture by a printer that also has built-in PictBridge technology.
NOTE: When time and date stamp information is superimposed on an image file, it cannot be removed without editing or cropping the image. Therefore, the function to superimpose the time and date stamp was removed from newer-model cameras to prevent users from accidentally overlaying the information on images when the feature was inadvertently turned on.

How to set camera mode to have time and date on printed photo. it does show time and date when i review the photo.

Refer the page # 77 in the manual of the Camera to superimpose the Date stamp on the images or print the images with Date stamp.

http://www.kb.sony.com/selfservice/microsites/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=DSCW100guidepdf&sliceId=pdfPage_77&docTypeID=DT_MANUAL_1_1&dialogID=55704716&stateId=1%200%2055706200

or

However, because the images shot with the Camera include information on the recording date, you can print images with the date superimposed if the printer or the software can recognize Exif information. For compatibility with the Exif information, consult the manufacturer of the Printer or the software.

If you use a Photo printing service, ask them to superimpose the date on images.

However, using the supplied PMB software, you can print images with date.
