Question about Televison & Video
To see if it is not a software issue, try to unplug it overnight, I am unsure if there is reset button on the panel or at the rear, if there is try to hold it for over a minute. If it still has the problem then the color modulator or color management may be bad. Try first adjusting the TV if it follows the adjustments for the color. If it does not change then it may either need calibration or replacement.
