I already paid and downloaded Sasol ebirds last year on Samsung S3 and did upgrade to Galaxy Note 3 and if I go to app I must pay again. I dont want to pay again but just download it again. Need a solution

This has happened to me before and sometimes a simple letter can resolve it. Send them a letter that specifies that you did not order these magazines. Be straight forward, but also convincing. If you received the magazines already...it could be a little deeper situation. Just send a letter, it seemed to work for me. Plus...sometimes be a little annoying...it can get you out of it but you may not be able to subscribe to that magazine for a good while.

I am from FixYa.com. If someone is sending you a magazine that you didn't request, let them keep coming. You have no obligation to pay for it if you already advised them. Keep a copy of your letter informing them.

When you buy an item on E-bay the seller states what forms of payment he will accept. Most sellers prefer to be paid using Pay-Pal, but will accept money orders and some will also acept personal checks. If you want to pay by money order or personal check you will have to send the seller a message (On E-Bay use "Ask Seller a question") asking for his postal address. If you mail a personal check, they probably will not ship your item until your check clears their bank.
Pay-Pal is the fastest way to pay. You will have to open a Pay-Pal account. To do this click on Pay-Pal on the E-Bay website and fill out the application.
