Can I buy just the wind cups how much how to order them

You can order a set of four (4) from [email protected]; as of 1/1/15, the price was $13.50, postpaid to US addresses, $14.50 to Canada.

Remove cup and let it soak in bleach overnight.

You can try retail stores such as BestBuy/Radio Shack. Or you can order a new one from the manufacturer. Although first try rubbing the suction cup down with rubbing alcohol to clean it and try it then.
